For families that have HSD Chromebooks at home, we are launching a technology support website. During this period of suspended classes, parents/guardians are welcome to contact our ICT Service Desk for technical help.
If you are having technical issues with your Chromebook while using it at home, please follow the link below to submit a support request. We are asking that parents complete the form on behalf of students and all communication back and forth will be done through a parent email account.
Always attempt to restart the Chromebook first, if you are still having an issue after a restart please complete a support request at https://bit.ly/HSD-ChromebookSupport.
